Using Chik-Chak
- You must be 13 or older.
- Play fair. Don't cheat, harass other players, or try to break the game or its servers.
- Choose a name and custom words that are fit for a family party game. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
The judge
An AI model judges every round. It can make mistakes. Its decision is final for that round, and there is no money or prize at stake.
Premium and Party Pass
When available, Premium (monthly or yearly) and the Party Pass (24 hours) are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record and handles payment, taxes and receipts. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; you can cancel any time from your profile and keep Premium until the end of the paid period. See refunds.
No warranty
Chik-Chak is provided as it is, without warranties. We may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Consumer rights you have where you live still apply.
