Refunds
Purchases are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record.
- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase.
- To ask, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to hello@playchikchak.com with the email you paid with.
- Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
